Shipping Information
At this time we only ship to the United States.
We currently ship UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or the U.S. Postal Service.
To keep the shipping prices as reasonable as possible, we're now shipping smaller packages with UPS SurePost. How it works is that UPS will pick up your package from us and deliver it to your local US Post Office and the Post Office will deliver your package to your door. This change will only apply to orders weighing ten pounds or less, anything over that will ship regular UPS Ground. You can see your shipping price after you enter your shipping info into our shopping cart (before you enter your credit card info).
For our Alaska and Hawaii customers, we ship via the UPS SurePost as it's much more economical than regular UPS.
As usual, if you have any questions, or if you'd like to use regular UPS (or anything else!) just leave a note in the comments box on the shopping cart or send us an email to orders@fantasyglassworks.com. We'll send you an email with the UPS or UPS SurePost price before we charge your credit card so you'll be able to choose which you'd like to use.

Over 20 poundsIf your order is over 20 pounds the shipping charge will be"TBD", To Be Determined. We will charge you whatever UPS charges us. Given the nearly infinite combination of glasses and quantity that you may order it's extremely difficult to guess how many boxes, their size and their weight with an algorithm with any degree of accuracy and we don't want to overcharge for shipping. We will charge your credit card for the glass when we start your order and charge your card when we ship with the actual shipping charge. If you'd like an estimate of what your shipping will be please leave a note in the comments box on the next page and we'll email it to you as soon as possible (within one business day, but usually sooner.)
2nd Day Air
Most people don't need to use 2nd Day Air as we ship pretty quickly. If you're unsure, feel free to leave a note in the comments box on the last checkout page with the date you need to have your order - if you do happen to need 2nd Day we'll send you an email with the amount. If we don't hear back from you we'll ship Ground or SurePost and charge the Ground or SurePost price.
If you select 2nd Day Air or APO/FPO you will see 'quote' displayed on the checkout page. We will email you the prices and arrival times for both 2nd Day Air and Ground the next business morning (Monday - Friday) by 12:00 noon CST. Please respond to the email letting us know which method you would prefer.
If you do not receive our quote by 12:00 noon CST the next business day please check your spam filter first, but also feel free to call us at 815-964-2080 and we'll be happy to provide the quote over the phone.
Please add 'orders@fantasyglassworks.com' to your whitelist or approved emial list.
If we do not hear from you by the time your order is ready to ship we will ship your order using Ground or SurePost (and charge your credit card).
Customer Pick Up
Customer Pick Up is available for the Rockford, IL Metro area customers. We will call you when your order is ready. Pick up hours are normally 8am to 5pm, but if you need a different time we can certainly work something out.
Your glassware will be properly packaged to avoid damaging during shipping
All orders are shipped via the best shipping method to ensure prompt delivery. If you wish, we can also ship via UPS Next Day Air for an additional charge, contact us for more information.
Your credit card is not charged when you place your order, we will charge your card when we start your order.
