  • Hello, I very rarely send emails after an order is complete unless there is an issue to be addressed, however I felt compelled to send a little note. I ordered 4 glasses to be engraved on Saturday night (6/25), they were processed, packed and shipped and got to me in Pennsylvania today (Thursday!!). I'm not going to lie, judging from the price I was very skeptical about the quality. I thought for sure they were going to be cheap, light glassware. I was just thrilled to feel how heavy and sturdy the glasses were! They are a very economical coach's gift. I can't wait to give them to the coaches for a great end-of-season gift! I am so impressed by the prompt service and quality that I will continue to use your services whenever the need arises.

  • PHENOMONAL!!! That is the word that comes to mind when I think of my transaction and experience with Julie/Fantasy Glassworks!

    I had a very difficult gift to buy and Julie walked me thru it from start to finish. I had her do about 15 drafts and variations of artwork for me and she never had an issue or sounded flustered with me at ALL! As a matter of fact, we had a ball together trying different ideas! Not only was Julie an amazing human being and supportive and my clarity person when I got confused, the finished products were so beautiful that the recipient actually broke down in tears! The pricing was so fair I almost didn't believe her when she gave me the quote~ I felt like I took advantage of her for all the time she invested with me!

    I will never use anyone except them for all of my engraving and special gift items! I can't wait to do somethings for myself off her beautiful site!
