Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card and utilize Square for credit card processing. You may either enter your credit card information online or place your order and then call us with your credit card information. For Square credit card prcessing, I'll send you a link via email from Square to get a PDF of your confirmation/invoice and to pay your invoice. This way ensures that you get an accurate shipping price, and it's the most secure way to pay your invoice. The link will be sent within a few hours during normal business hours and within 24 hours on the weekend. If you don't see anything from me please check your spam filter first, if it's not there you can call me or send an email to orders@fantasyglassworks.com and I'll send it again. Design and Layout

The design and layout of the engraving on each piece of glass is individually completed by hand. We do not use automatic engraving machines. Minor imperfections may result. All text is automatically centered on the glassware, if you want a different alignment, please let us know.

Return Policy

As all engraving is personalized, no returns will be accepted except in the event of damage in shipping.
