Gin Rickey

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gin (can substitute bourbon or rye)
• Club Soda
• 1 Lime, cut in half

Instructions

Fill the glass with ice and add gin.  Squeeze the lime halves into the glass and drop in the lime shells.  Fill with club soda.

Note:  using bourbon or rye makes a Whiskey Rickey
