Ingredients

  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Irish Creme
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz White Rum
  • 2 Scoops Ice Cream
  • 1 Splash Light Cream
  • Garnish:  Nutmeg

Instructions

Blend until smooth, then pour into a large brandy snifter.  Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
